BROADCAST NETWORK - OSPF Full Adjacency - Some routes not advertised

Hello to the community.

I have this topology:

The green devices are switches layer 2, the blue devices are switches layer 3.

I use the VLAN250 as transit network, the green devices has only the vlan250 (L2) permitted on every trunk:

The issue is related to the routing tables:

Anyone receive from SWT-A:

10.100.68.0/24
192.168.68.0/24
192.168.240.0/24

and from SWT-B:

192.168.253.0/24

It is strange because the other neighbors receive from SWT-B the 10.100.69.0/24 and the 192.168.69.0/24, not the 192.168.253.0/24.

The issue is related to the routing table,

no one receive the networks from SWT-A and the network of SWT-B 192.168.253.0/24.

I also notice that, even the network is in routing table, I'm not able to reach the 192.168.254.100 (host on SWT-D).

I'm able to reach the address 192.168.254.1 (IP of a VLAN of SWT-D) but not his host.

It is instead reachable from the LAN.
