Broadcasting From CMTS to Cable Modem

Hi, I have a cisco 7200 that is receiving valid broadcast packets from one cable modem but does not seem to pass the packets to another cable modem segment.

Can anyone please tell me what I should be looking for or what needs to be turned on / off. Attached is a log of the traffic showing that the broadcasts are pitching up on the cable router interface:

46w5d: %SEC-6-IPACCESSLOGP: list ANDREW permitted udp 10.193.3.63(0) (Cable3/0

000e.a500.117c) -> 255.255.255.255(0), 12 packets

Regards

There is a new server / client installation that uses initial broadcasting & then uses a tcp port for comms.

If the server & client are placed within the confines of the same cable modem this installation works ...
