Detail configuration in attached too. After configured i show interface S0/1/0 at two routers and see them up but no data can send from PC to Router. and i show bstun and see closed state. Even i debug asp packet & event and debug bstun packet & event but nothing happen.
PLease help us on this case. Thank you team !

Hi,
Your Cisco cable from the router looks to me as if it presents a 25 way female.
In my book that make te cable an FC not an MT therefore it is a DCE cable.
A DCE cable is for connecting directly to a DTE (like a PC or printer etc)
The problem then is that the the thinner 9way to 9way looks like a null
modem (crossover DTE to DTE) - the full set up then will NOT work.
The thin cable will need to be "straight". IE pin 1 to pin 1, pin 2 to pin 2 etc etc.
May be you can confirm what the physical pin-outs really are.
Hope this helps

Hi,
The config on the routers looks correct.
Your async ports on the routers are running the default 9600bps.
Are your PC set to 9600
Is your cabling correct- Your routers are DTEs by default and
PCs are also DTE by default so you need cross-over cables.

Dear acampbell,
Our PC set to 9600 default.
Our Router use the 1st cable as
CAB-SS-232MT | RS-232 Cable, DTE Male to Smart Serial, 10 Feet |
Then connect to (Com RS232) 2nd cable to PC
So any advise on this case. Please help me. Thank you !
