I have a BT SWSS NTE 52D with a flashing red light on the 2M/X.21 indicator and out put on the E1 controller as:
E1 0/0/0 is down.
Applique type is Channelized E1 - balanced
Description: BT ISDN-30 IMBT Pilot [number]
Transmitter is sending remote alarm.
Receiver is getting AIS.
BT have checked the line (or something they have been unable to tell me exactly waht though!) and advised its an issue with the WIC card in the
Cisco 2821.
Has anyone come across this issue, can anyone advise of what could be causing the issue and if BT are fobbing me off?
