BT Etherconnect service UK

Hi All

Quick question about BT's Etherconnect services in the UK

I believe these to be a EVPN ? where we can tag vlans across there MPLS backbone etc?

They said we can tag any vlan we want as its a wires only service, my question is how are these mapped on the PE?

Do they just use a virtual Ethernet interface and then allow all the vlans across the trunk?

Is this classed as VPLS or EVPN?

Sounds like L2VPN VPLS to me, As you extending your lan network over ISP mpls backbone, Of which you shouldn't then be privy to the setup as it would be on the PE rtrs between each of your sites.
