I haven't had any chance to have ISP (XO, LightPath etc) to install their circuit in the data center.
I always wanted to know how I should to do that.
For instance, I have a project to build the network for a company. For the Internet, there must be 2 ISPs (Active, standby or Active Active).
After the project is assigned to me, what do I have to check? How can I decide if the company is needed 50M or 100M?
Based on what, which ISPs do I have to choose?
After contacting them, what should I ask them?
What forms do I have to fill out?
When will the technician come to our data center to install their circuit? And what exactly are they installing in the data center?
If I have a MPLS project or P2P project, will the case be different?
I will very much appreciate if you can list those what I want to know in detail!
