We've been using the C1117-4PM routers for a few years now and we have also recently been using C1113-8PM for DSL/VDSL.
However recently we've had several in a row which will not synch at all. If I look at the controller it just shows:
Controller VDSL 0/2/0 is DOWN
Daemon Status: TRAINING
XTU-R (DS) XTU-C (US)
Chip Vendor ID: ' ' ' '
Chip Vendor Specific: 0x0000 0x0000
Chip Vendor Country: 0x0000 0x0000
Modem Vendor ID: ' ' ' '
Modem Vendor Specific: 0x0000 0x0000
Modem Vendor Country: 0x0000 0x0000
Serial Number Near:
Serial Number Far:
Modem Version Near:
Modem Version Far:
Modem Status: Idle
DSL Config Mode: AUTO
And it stays like that. We've tried flashing to the DSL firmware, updating to the latest 17.12.4 image but no luck. We are looking at it possibly being a batch of 15+ C1113-8PM routers which are faulty but this seems REALLY unlikely.
Has anyone else recently had any issues on this model router and with ADSL/VDSL sync?
We've tried both ADSL and VDSL lines but same problem on both
Thanks!

To confirm the same DSL line and seperate VDSL work absolutely fine when plugged into a C1117-4PM router with an identical configuration.

Sorry, to additionally confirm this is in the UK
