C1117-4P with Failover

Can I use a LAN ports on a Cisco 1117-4P  for a wired Failover connection? I'm the MSP in the diagram. Thanks.

I do not see any issue as long as you are able to manage routing and which traffic to use that route. (you need to find out failover scenarios using EEM script  / IP SLA..etc)
