Does IOS c2800nm-ipvoicek9-mz.124-24.T5.bin support T1 pri configuration ?? Also, I can't create interface serial on this router ???

It should, but the serial interface won't show up until the controller is configured properly. What model of T1 controller do you have installed in that router?
