C3900 Module Slot problem

Hi Team,

 

We buy new router and install 3 nm-hdv2-2T1/E1 module, but module is unknown see below logs for perusal.

 

NAME: "Cisco Services Performance Engine 200 for Cisco 3900 ISR on Slot 0", DESCR: "Cisco Services Performance Engine 200 for Cisco 3900 ISR"
PID: C3900-SPE200/K9   , VID: V05 , SN: FOC18161V21

NAME: "Network Module Adapter for SM Slot on Slot 1", DESCR: "Network Module Adapter for SM Slot"
PID: SM-NM-ADPTR       , VID: V01, SN: FOC14300M1N

NAME: "Unknown on Slot 1", DESCR: "Unknown"
PID: NM-HDV2-2T1/E1    , VID: V05 , SN: FOC14346TEF

NAME: "Network Module Adapter for SM Slot on Slot 2", DESCR: "Network Module Adapter for SM Slot"
PID: SM-NM-ADPTR       , VID: V01, SN: FOC14300M98

NAME: "Unknown on Slot 2", DESCR: "Unknown"
PID: NM-HDV2-2T1/E1    , VID: V05 , SN: FOC14346T9K

>Show diag - > it show all the slots 

>show ip int brief - > serial slot not showing

 

Any idea on this? we try to update the firmware already.

Okay,

Here is another challenge.Could you please run the following command:

Show diag 1

Under Slot 1: Look out for FRU Part Number     NM-32A= >>>  If you happen to see NM-32A as the FRU part then its not supported on this router.

An NM-32A is not supported on the 39xx routers

An SM-32A is supported

Please check this basic release:

Cisco 3925, 3945

 Cisco IOS Software Release 15.0(1)M

• "UC Technology" images

• 1 GB DRAM

• 256 MB Flash

Still the same..  I already try this ff firmware

Where can we download 12.3(8)T4? where seeing 15 series only.

 

 

Thats not available for 3945E.

But still you insist then log a tac case and check.
