Hi,
I have 3 C819G-4G-NA-K9 that have LTE backup when the primary DSL link fail.
As of now the setup is active-standby on the LTE through DMVPN tunnels.
Both Tunnels (DSL and LTE) are up but the traffic goes through the DSL first.
The routing protocol used is eigrp.
Is there a way to implement the 2 link (LTE and DSL) in active-active mode?
So there's minimal impact on the DSL failure/switch over process.
Or is there a way to configure with both wan sending data like SD-WAN?
What is the most seemless configuration that I can achieve with these router?
Thanks
Daniel

Hello,
what speed is the DSL link, and what speed is the LTE ? I am just asking because, in addition to probably being very expensive, LTE links typically are a lot slower than DSL links, so you might be better off fine-tuning your settings so the failover takes a minimum amount of time for the failover.
Can you post the running config of your 819 ?

the bandwith is not a concern as of now the setup use less than 100Kb/s.
I need reliability and fast convergence time.
The EIGRP hello and hold timer are aleready set to 1sec and 4 sec.
I'm stucked with the hardware choosed by previous people.
I would choose SDWAN ;(
thanks
