Hi all!
Trying to get a C819G-4G-V-K9 up and running as a basic LTE modem/router. I'm running into some strange issues with the modem and can't figure out what's going on.
I was trying to get the modem working with a US Mobile SIM card. In the process of setting up profiles, I believe I somehow caused the modem to stop functioning. Using the show cell 0 radio command, I was originally seeing a very good signal of around -40dBm, but after a few reboots and some deletion/creation of profiles, the show cell 0 radio command now just shows a signal strength of -128dBm, and doesn't change. I haven't touched anything with the antenna/RF setup, so I'm thinking the changes to the profiles must've messed something else.
Here's the current output of my show cell 0 all:

I'm in a downtown location, with a high-gain LTE antenna, so I know my RF configuration is fine. Like I said earlier, this same antenna setup was getting me around -40dBm signal strength. The two identical profiles is probably not correct, and I'm also wondering if deleting the existing profiles that were on the device (related to verizon) also could've screwed things up even though I'm now using a different carrier (US Mobile). Knowing how to get those back to what they were by default would be useful.
My configuration was built following the 4G LTE WWAN guide: (sanitized of course)

Assistance is appreciated! I'm new to ISR setup, and this is a hobby project, but I'd really like to get this router up and running on LTE. I've tried a couple factory resets with no luck, so I'm out of ideas and need some troubleshooting guidance.
Thanks!

I've figured out the issue on my own, thanks to another helpful post on verizon 4g configuration here.
Turns out for the verizon version of the C819G, if your profiles aren't set exactly right, the radio won't even function properly. I had deleted the default profiles (1, 2, and 4) when trying to get my SIM set up and working. Putting those profiles back to the values called out in that post now have my radio reading normal signal values again.
Profile 1 = INACTIVE ** -------- PDP Type = IPv4v6 Access Point Name (APN) = vzwims Authentication = None Profile 2 = INACTIVE -------- PDP Type = IPv4v6 Access Point Name (APN) = vzwadmin Authentication = None Profile 3 = INACTIVE* -------- PDP Type = IPv4 Access Point Name (APN) = <apn> Authentication = None Profile 4 = INACTIVE -------- PDP Type = IPv4v6 Access Point Name (APN) = vzwapp Authentication = None
Thanks all for the suggestions.

Hello,
what happens if you execute the command:
axel-c819g#cellular 0 lte plmn search
The fastest way to resolve this is probably to do a factory reset:

Hello
Do you have the correct profile APN details for your ISP (authentication, APN name) , Looks like authentication isn’t require, is that correct, what profile are you using, if another then profile 1 then this needs to be specified on the cellular interface?
Profile 1 = INACTIVE **
--------
PDP Type = IPv4
Access Point Name (APN) = pwg
Authentication = None
Profile 3 = INACTIVE*
--------
PDP Type = IPv4
Access Point Name (APN) = pwg
Authentication = None
* - Default profile
** - LTE attach profile
Try deleting the above two profiles and recreating it once more
conf t
cellular 0 lte profile 1 delete
cellular 0 lte profile 3 delete
cellular 0 lte profile x create apn xxxx authentication none pdn-type ipv4
controller Cellular 0
lte sim data-profile X attach-profile X
Also looking at that configuration guide you attached its seem you have the wrong line interface to match the dialer string and chat script
controller Cellular 0
conf t
Line 3
no script dialer lte
no modem InOut
Line 0
script dialer lte
modem InOut
