C8200 IPSEC License

Hello,

As the C8200 is the Replacement Product of the ISR series, we want to know if we can configure IPSEC without any DNA subscription renewal.

And what is the needed boot level Network-Essentials, Network-Advantage or Level Network-Premier ?

look at this document: Cisco Catalyst 8300/8200 Series Edge Platforms Ordering Guide - Cisco
The Cisco Catalyst 8300 and 8200 Series Edge Platforms must be ordered with a mandatory Cisco DNA subscription license along with the chassis for both traditional routing and SD-WAN deployments

=> you cannot order without DNA subscription license
but if you do not use this, you do not need to renew -> select the shortest subscription period.

" boot level Network-Advantage "  then reload the rtr should enable ipsec , however if your vpn  traffic throughput is expected to exceed 250mb then an hsec licence maybe required

@paul driver I have a the below license in my cisco 8200 and my throughput seems to be too low.

what are the possiblities to upgrade this to 1 gig throughput in ipsec vpn
