C8200L-1N-4T bandwidth

I have a question about the license name of the C8200L router. Please support me. Thank you!
We have implemented a cisco C8200L-1N-4T router before. We also applied for a T0 (25M) license in the Cisco EA system, but it became 10M when we entered the device. I have been looking for a long time and still don’t know the reason. I want to know if anyone has encountered a similar problem before and can help me take a look?

Please provide output of these two commands:

show license summary

show platform hardware throughput level

That screenshot confirm the router is currently using a 10M license, not the intended 25M (T0).

This mismatch likely stems from an incorrect licence reservation file, a mistake in the CSSM portal, or a misassigned entitlement in the EA contract...
