C841M-4X/K9 with Multi-Band Swivel Mount Dipole Antenna (3G-ANTM1919D) issue??

Hi All,

We have purchase C841M-4X/K9 with WIM-3G module and 01 (one) pcs  Multi-Band Swivel Mount Dipole Antenna (3G-ANTM1919D).

My question is, is my router working with one Antenna?? Because it has option to integrate 02 Antenna in it. If yes then, is there any problem happen??

Hello,

the second antenna is optional, you need only one for basic operation. Below an excerpt from the installation guide:

"The Cisco 800M Series ISR provides two standard panel-mount TNC connectors on the 3G WWAN module to support 3G. The main antenna is used as the primary 3G antenna. The second can be used as a diversity receive only 3G antenna.
