Hi, that spec if for a legacy cable, not the smart serial CAB-ASYNC-8.

Hi, I am looking for the Cisco Specification datasheet, yes. I usually use these as reference in customer facing docs, so using a leagcy document, for a different cable is not ideal.

Looking for information on the new style NIM-16A card. I do understand the pinouts are the same at the end of the cables. I am curious if the NIM-16A has the same pinout at the HWIC-16A BEFORE the breakouts cable. I am troubleshooting a DTE/DCE issue and it may explains my headaches if the NIM-16A and the HWIC-16A have flopped pinouts.
