Cable HWIC in 1841 issues RBCP errors

Hello,

I have tried several IOS images and finally found that the Service Provider image (c1841-spservicesk9-mz.124-24.T5.bin) finally sees

the cable modem HWIC, but i constantly get RBCP errors and Comcast can not see the router, nor can I see the comcast HFC interfaces.

Do I have the correct image?  Is there a debug guide for troubleshooting this.  The documentation on cisco.com is very scant on this.

Whats the model no. of HWIC you have? Please paste the complete error.
