In our datacenter we use a PRI network module to dial into remote BRI lines to bring remote sites up on backups.
Today while checking our core router (2811) the command "show isdn active" shows a call that has been active for +86576 seconds. I logged into the remote router and it does not show an active call. On the core router I shutdown the PRI interface and this call still shows when I issue the "show isdn active" command.
I cannot reboot this router at this time, is there anyway to forcibly clear this call?

No. At the same time you should udpate IOS to prevent the bug to happen again.

Since this is only used for backup you could remove the pri-group from the controller interface, leave it that way for a few minutes, then put it back. You'll need to then check the associated serial interface for aNy needed code additions to get back to your original configuration.
