 Your DHCP server is on the vlan 110 but is configured with IP address fo VLAN 120.

You have the same Ip addressing configured on both Multiplayer switch, this is not right.

If vlan 120 in one switch have IP address 192.168.12.193

Vlan120 192.168.12.193 YES manual up up

In the other switch you must use some different IP on the same range

Vlan120 192.168.12.193 YES manual up up

You can not have two devices responding for the same IP address on the network.

Fix that and share a new version of the file. Let me take a look in case it does not work after that.

You need to fix the IP address conflict on your Multilayer switch and you need to advertise the local networks on the Multilayer switch

I did not fix everything but I did enough  for your DHCP to work on vlan 10 (MANAGEMENT VLAN 10)

take a look and try to fix all the rest.

Just keep in mind for future. Dont use the same IP in two devices. Each device must use unique IP address

why cant i ping 192.168.12.193 the servers ipv4 from floor 1,2 please fix this

Are you sure? On my file, only the PC I highlighted below can not ping. Probably it is related to the port-security configuration. You can see that you added one more line to this port.

 Try to remove that and test. All other PCs on floor1 and 2 is pinging.
