Can C8300-2N2S-4T2X use DNA-T3 license with 10Gbps throughput?????

Hi Everyone

We have an order for a C8300-2N2S-4T2X with license DNA-P-T3-A-3Y( T3 = Up to 10Gbps (Agg. 20Gbps) ) but when activating the license for this device I cannot select get 10Gbps but only choose 2.5Ggbps. 

 I checked the documentation and it says that the C8300 with license T3 only supports 2.5Gbps but in the datasheet this device supports IPsec Throughput (1400Bytes) Up to 18.8Gbps

Can anyone help me explain why?

Looking at the document - cisco document really confuses here :

It's really difficult to explain to customers

As this document  -  A Tier 3 bandwidth license provides the max platform throughput for C8300-1N1S-4T2X, C8300-2N2S-4T2X, C8500L-8S4X, C8500-12X, and C8500-12X4QC.
