Can I use these front ports on a 2960-24TC-L to connect to another switch?

Hi can I use the dual purpose ports on this Switch model as uplinks ports to another Switch?

All I want to do is plug in a Cat 5 cable into on of the ports on the front and link it to another switch.

I take it that the ports about are SFP module types.

I have attached an image of the front panel.

sure you can, that's what these ports are build for. But for each uplink port, you can only use the TP or the SFP-port, not both at the same time.

I inherited the switch and I don't want to mess it up.
