We have a BGP network setup for remote sites. The advertised routes for these networks are coming in fine. We can ping any devices getting a dhcp address and certain static address such as printers.
However, we cannot ping our symbol rfs6000, nor our RV042.
Desktop---Cisco 2800----BGP---Cisco 2800---RV042(lan port) and RFS6000.
I can get to these devices locally. Only these devices have problems. Not all static address are affected.
Any help greatly appreciated!

What does a traceroute to the affected devices show?

When I trace to the device, it hits the router in the facility but does not go beyond that. When trace anything other than these devices, it goes through without any problems.
Correction: RFS6000 !!!

Check IP config, especially default gateways on your devices

The RFS6000 is used as a bridge. I did not set any gateways. Locally, it works fine. I will definately set one and see.

I think I may have figured it out.
Correct me if I am wrong, I think it's a multicast issue. I need to enable PIM between the devices.
