Cannot Enter Crypto Config - New Router

Hi all, 

We have just purchased a new Cisco router C1117-4PM. I am loading the base config for our network but having issues entering the following crypto commands for VPN: 

crypto keyring dmvpnspokes 

pre-shared-key address.... 

crypto isakmp policy 3... 

Do I need to upgrade the router?
