Trying to do what I can from a CCNA3 lab and cannot figure out why second PC can ping everything but first PC and first PC is incapable of pinging its gateway or the second PC.
looks like the only problem was that your PC-A was in the wrong Vlan (999 instead of 30). I changed that, and ping is working now. Revised file attached.
