I don’t know if the issue from isp or from my side am just checking with u ?

Note: Im using google dns server 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4 as per the configuration that I shared on below , I have tried same dns with different ISP company and its works fine (all sites can be accessing normally)

i have problem with responding on these sites even i cant login to skype for business or visit  servcie desk site of my company

Hello,

the config looks good. I assume that the IP address on the WAN interface is not the real IP address ?

interface GigabitEthernet0/1
description Connected to WAN
ip address 192.168.1.207 255.255.255.0

Either way, if you still have trouble accessing the sites, try the MTU changes suggested:

interface GigabitEthernet0/1
description Connected to WAN
ip address 192.168.1.207 255.255.255.0

ip mtu 1400
ip flow ingress
ip flow egress
ip nat outside

ip tcp adjust-mss 1360
ip rip advertise 100
ip rip receive version 2
ip virtual-reassembly in
duplex auto
speed auto

this is not real ip yes the isp router g0/1 that directly connected to my router as below :

interface GigabitEthernet0/1
ip address 192.168.1.253 255.255.255.0 secondary
ip address 41.33.42.169 255.255.255.248
ip nat inside
ip virtual-reassembly in
duplex auto
speed auto

amr alrazzaz

i still have the same issue i dont know why ??

do i have to change something form my side configuration ??? please help

DNS lookup is working correctly, it doesn't appear that there is anything wrong with the router configuration since connecting back to back solved the issue. Maybe it is a firewall issue or an issue with the PC's browser or firewall but it doesn't appear to be a router configuration issue.

what could cause this issue please ?

I would say this isnt required , No suggestion of fragmentation and adding such can only cloud the issue at hand, I understand the logic but changing the mtu could cause performance issues elsewhere

Hello,

on a side note, website access can sometimes be hampered by MTU settings. For the sake of testing, try and configure the values marked in bold:

interface GigabitEthernet0/1
description Connected to WAN
ip address 192.168.1.207 255.255.255.0

ip mtu 1400
ip flow ingress
ip flow egress
ip nat outside

ip tcp adjust-mss 1360
ip rip advertise 100
ip rip receive version 2
ip virtual-reassembly in
duplex auto
speed auto

issue now is very slow accessing specific companies sites and then time out

sometimes it reach to the place where i put user name and password and then its buffering till time out

which is not happening before at all

Hello

After reviewing you configuration again I have noticed a few inconsistences,

This router is connecting to another routing device that looks like it’s already performing network translation for you.

1)Your dhcp scope states dns as 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4 however wouldn’t it be viable to point dns to your upstream ISP router which then would be in an  192.168.1.x address?

So then this makes me think maybe you should to be receiving dhcp from the ISP on your WAN interface instead of a static ip address which you have now and if this is indeed the case then there would be no need to specify dns in the dhcp scope when you can just use input all option

2) Your WAN ip addressing is in the 192.168.1.x/24 subnet  but you have static default route next hop ip address of 41.33.42.169 surely this would be a 192.168.1.x address and not 41.33.42.169

3) You show RIP running on the wan interface, but you have a static default route which doesn’t make sense so if RIP isn’t applicable remove it

4) lastly I would remove all manually applied mtu values to your wan interface and have them set to default.

Possible suggestion:

ip dhcp pool voice
import all
no dns-server 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4

interface GigabitEthernet0/1
no ip address 192.168.1.207 255.255.255.0
no ip mtu 1400
no ip rip advertise 100
no ip rip receive version 2
no ip tcp adjust-mss 1360
ip address dhcp

no router rip

no ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 GigabitEthernet0/1 41.33.42.169
ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 GigabitEthernet0/1 dhcp
