Cant ping other pc

so i have one router and 2 switches and 2 pcs.

the 2 pcs have ip address of 192.168.20.10 and the other one 192.168.10.10

from 20.10 i can ping 10.10

but i cant ping 20.10, i can only ping its gateway

how can i solve this?

We need some clarification from the original poster. He says that he can not ping 20.10 and I assume that the ping is from 10.10. Is he able to ping 20.10 from the router?

A very common problem that produces these symptoms is that the host 20.10 may be running a firewall which permits outbound ping but denies ping to the host. If ping from the router to 20.10 fails then it is likely that we have a firewall issue.
