Hello @alerozier
Smartphone is using its 4G connection. Your smartphone has got IP address and ping its Gateway, hosted on a Central Office server.... but there's no routing after it....
You need a router attached to the Backbone interface of your Central-Office-Server. Like this:
Also @alerozier, take care of IP address of Backbone interface on Central Office server:
IP and Gateway are not in the same subnet! You have a /29 (255.255.255.248) ; network address is 10.50.1.32/29...next subnet is 10.50.1.36/29. Then you have configured a network address on that interface.
So, I modify the IP of that servver --> 10.50.1.33/29
Fa 0/0 on my router, interface facing that server, IP address is 10.50.1.34/29
I add a static router on that router to reach SmartPhone subnet [172.16.1.0/24]
Now Smartphone Ping the Router Fa0/0 interface !!!!!
Please, do it this way, starting with that Router acting as your Gateway !

PT comes with some samples; I would look for example of smartphone connection probably in cellular or wireless folder(s). Open PT, go to file>open samples and look for sample of smartphone connection
PT is just a simulator , not real IOS; it may have some "strict ways of doing things"
Regards, ML
