Hello,
the 'half-duplex' looks suspicious. Check if the ISP setting is full duplex, and make sure both sides actually are:
GigabitEthernet2/2 is up, line protocol is up
Hardware is Gigabit Ethernet, address is f80f.6f80.3d62 (bia f80f.6f80.3d62)
Description: ### CONNECTED TO AIRTEL- LINK ###
Internet address is 150.150.167.33/30
MTU 1500 bytes, BW 100000 Kbit/sec, DLY 100 usec,
reliability 255/255, txload 1/255, rxload 1/255
Encapsulation ARPA, loopback not set
Keepalive set (10 sec)
--> Half Duplex, 100Mbps, media type is RJ45

When It was down, I visited and tried it by Changing All Duplex and Speed for both the ISP but then too it was not pinging. Actually I have assigned Auto Duplex sonit automatically getting the duplez setting from ISP. The main thing is that both the ISP are unreachable at same time.
