Hi all. Cannot see anyway to do this without the mileage. We have a customer with 8-10 sites remotely connected to head office via vpn's.
They have decided to save a few pence by changing ISP's therefore changing ip addresses and also, obviously, adsl connection details.
Is it possible to change the login details for the adsl connection remotely without losing connectivity?
All advice would be appreciated even if it is 'drive safely'
Thanks

You could copy their existing config, change the settings, and copy it back over as the startup config and reload. The obvious problem is that it may not work when it comes back up which now means you'll have to go there to get into the router.
HTH,
John

Hi John.
I should have thought of that as a great option. At least if it didnt work on all of them I would have less sites to visit. I would love something safer but good call.
