Changing AD for external EIGRP routes.

Hello guys.

I have two routers running both EIGRP and OSPF, i would like the EIGRP routes to be installed into the routing table rather than OSPF, but my guess is that the external EIGRP routes have a larger Administrative Distance than the OSPF routes. 

How do i change the Administrative distance of the external EIGRP routes?  am redistributing static routes.

Hi,

Under the EIGRP process you use the distance command, as follows:

 i.e. R1(config)# router eigrp 100

      R1 (config-router)# distance eigrp [internal AD] [external AD]

and just reduce the external AD, to below 110. But be careful, these values are there for a reason.
