Changing system mtu size

I have 2 Cisco 3750X in a stack and i want to change mtu size from 9000 to 1500

ISCSI-SWITCH(config)#system mtu jumbo 1500
Changes to the system jumbo MTU will not take effect until the next reload is done
    ISCSI-SWITCH(config)#
    ISCSI-SWITCH#copy run start
    Destination filename [startup-config]?
    Building configuration...
    [OK]

Do I have to reboot the whole stack at once or can i reboot a single slot using:

ISCSI-SWITCH#reload slot switch_member_number

so that I can use my redundency because I can not down with with servers

You'll have to reload the whole stack...
