Don't know where else to turn, so I thought I would see if anyone here is having the same issue:
We have a national AT&T MPLS network (9 sites total in different states). Most sites are connected through 2 multilinked T1 connections to the cloud.
In the cloud, we run BGP to peer up with AT&T, and we also have WAN QoS enabled for voice traffic integrity.
In multiple locations in different states, we have been experiencing outages in which 1 of the serial links in the multilink bundle bounces or goes down hard. Usually, the link is down for 1-2 minutes, but in Ohio it went down for 3 days! It is almost always Serial0/1/0 of the bundle.
I have replaced WIC cards and cabling in a couple locations, and I have sent my configuration(s) over to Cisco to look at to make sure we are not doing anything wrong. The routers are 2800 series running 12.4 code.
AT&T has not been able to fix this and it has been dragging on for almost a year now (we have had like 30 outages).
Any advice would be helpful!

When link goes down, what errors do you see on show interface ; what about other logs?
What "happens" after 2 minutes so it comes UP? You do anything, or it heals itself?

we see input errors, crc errors, and aborts
these increment for a while, then stop
circuit usually "bounces," but on more than one instance went down for several minutes. The BGP peer is lost in the process (obviously).
