I have a Cisco 1600 at a remote site which is connected by ISDN, also at that site they are installing DSL to connect their internal network together.
On my 1600 I changed my E0 to be 192.168.x.x, users can still connect to my devices but cannot ping the E0, ANY THOUGHTS...I am attaching the config

Hello,
when you say users cannot ping E0, what are the IP addresses they are pinging from ?

Prob solved
In my access list I added
access-list 199 permit ip 192.168.225.0 0.0.0.255 192.168.225.0 0.0.0.255
and it seems to work fine now
