Hi,

I have a very old 2621 that i use for lab testing. I need to upgrade its memory (DRAM and Flash), but can't find its appropriate DataSheet (i can only find 2621XM).

Any ideas on the whereabouts of the datasheet?

The router now has 64M DRAM and 8M flash, what are the maximums it can be upgraded to?

The non-XM 2621 supports up to 64M DRAM and 32M flash, please refer to the following document as a router memory guide:
