Please check your internal/external flash drives for the correct IOS image

and issue 'reset' at the rommon> prompt to re-try the boot process.

Power down the router.

Remove all WIC and NM card.

Power up the router.

Please be informed that we dont have WIC cards

i dont know how to remove NM Card.

Since there are two images in flash and attempts to load each of them report that the image is not valid suggest that there may be an issue with flash on this router. If the router is under a maintenance contract I would suggest that you open a case with Cisco TAC.

If a TAC case is not an option I would ask if you have an image for this router on a PC somewhere. If you do have an image then I would suggest using the tftpdnld command on the router in rommon to load and run the image from a tftp server on the PC that has the image. This could get the router up and running and make additional diagnostics available.

Hi ,

I tried usbflashdisk and tftpdnld commands also but the result is same.

Are you saying that you used the tftpdnld and got an error message that the checksum was incorrect? That would be highly unusual. Can you post the console messages generated during the use of tftpdnld?

I tried usbflashdisk and tftpdnld commands also but the result is same.

You CANNOT boot an IOS from a USB flash if you have never upgraded the bootstrap.

If all else fails, contact Cisco TAC and get your router RMA-ed.

i dont know how to remove NM Card.

Uns_crew and pull out the NM out of the router.

Exactly what NM cards do you have?

i also face this error but it is resolved when i change RAM, therefore i think this is problem or uncompetibilty

of RAM and u need to change ur RAM.
