Kindly confirm if the Cisco 2901 capable for wan connection with bandwidth 100.0Mbps upload and 100.0Mbps download or 200.0 Mbps total throughput

Simple answer - yes

All onboard WAN ports are 10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet WAN routed ports.

Depending on the module check data sheet.

i found this---The Cisco 2900 Series enables deployment in high speed WAN environments with concurrent services enabled up to 75 Mbps. --- in data sheet

2901 can support up to 167.42 Mbps in raw performance.  

This value is expressed in a COMBINED SINGLE DIRECTION (upload or download).  It is also expressed without any encryption happening.

Between 200- to 400 Mbps.  Again, single direction and no encryption.
