Can anyone please share their knowledge regarding the additional requirement in ordering cisco voice 2901 interface for DIA (Direct Internet Access) Circuit.

Do you want BGP? Pretty much you need to order an AX licence.
If you don't need BGP and are getting a plain DIA circuit, and don't need firewall, then the "IP Base" on a router is enough. You will only need to configure a static default route and perhaps a bit of NAT.

Thanks Philip. So for DIA circuit, we dont require any additional connectivity like for ADSLetc. Is there any doc regarding this scenario.

You will get a provisioning document when you order the circuit.
If you are only getting a single non-fault tolerant DIA circuit you will get a single Ethernet presentation, and a block of public IP addresses to use.
