Hello Guys, I have Cisco 3550 switch. When i switch it on, i can login to the global configuration mode. But i cant view any interfaces. I am getting a message saying "data bus test failed for associated data". Is this is reolvable? Or is it is a hardware issue?

As the message clearly states, the switch is not useable, and must be replaced.

Is it is possible to figure out what is the problem and any means of rectifying it..??
