I am having Cisco 3835 with 2 builtin Gig ports , now We need to add two more Gig ports additionally , which Ethernet module would be recommended (model) ?

I just want to mention, a 3825 doesn't have the performance capacity to fully support even a single gig interface let alone four.
Knowing this, this might be a reason to go with the dual FE routed ports as Rick suggested.
Another alternative, would be use subinterfaces on a built-in gig port to a VLAN capable switch. (NB: or you might Etherchannel your two built-in gig interfaces and use logical subinterfaces on that.)
