Cisco 3845 Fan Failed

Hi,

In my headoffice we have cisco 3845 router.in the router we put the show log command the below error is came..

What is the error??why the error came??

kindly anyone tell me  to resolve the solution.

Hello,

I would first conside HW problem - check if FAN has any visible or soundable issue when you inspecting it closely. And also consider to replaced the FAN tray as some single FANs may gone faulty.
