anybody have an idea if ip telephony will itegrate on the cisco 3845 router with a panasonic kx-tda100 hydrib pabx system?

Yes it can be done, but for good results you need either ISDN BRI interface on both system, or a combination of fxs an fxo ports.
Else you will have dual stage dialing and it will be a poor inegration.
