Cisco 3845 Router restart with bus error

Hi,

One customer Router Cisco 3845 has been restarted with bus error given below,

" System returned to ROM by bus error at PC 0x603697BC, address 0xD0D0D11 "

attched show tech-support and crash info file.

Could be an IOS fault or a hardware.  Upgrade your IOS first and if the problem persist, remove whatever is plugged into Slot 1.
