Hi Team,
I am planning to use 4510 Chassis in Access layer with dual Sup (Sup-7E) and will be using one uplink from each Supervisor Engine (i.e. from Active and Redundant Supervisor ).
This uplink will be connecting to Cisco 3945 router which will be running in HSRP mode.

Cisco 4507 Switch
I would like to know if the port on redundant supervisor engine would be forwarding data traffic as a regular port or it will start forwarding datat trafffic only when the active supervisor engine fails and redundant supervisor engine takes over the active role.
Regards
K Subin
