TAC has the tools for determining the crash. You'll need to open a case with Cisco.

we dont have facility to open the TAC case . If anybody can give us some input on the Error message recorded because of any BUG we an go for an IOS upgrade .

Then you have an impasse.  I've had a look at your crashinfo and it seems that you are running an ancient RSP IOS version.  This is the first thing I'd look into and upgrade the IOS of your router before proceeding any further.
