If Cisco 7606 Router goes to Rommon mode after reload command or power recycle, need to set auto boot parameters in rommon to make Router auto boot properly.
Follwing task is worked for me.
rommon1>BOOT=bootdisk:c7600s72033-advipservicesk9-mz.153-3.S1.bin [my boot image and path]
rommon2>set
rommon3>confreg 0x2102
rommon4>sync
rommon5>reset
