Would anyone know if it's possible to run two 877's routers point to point on a test bed using the ATM0 - ADSLoPOTS interfaces?

No, it's not possible. The 877 will connect to a dslam only. If you want to use DSL back-to-back, use 876.
Hope this helps, please rate post if it does!

Hi,
AFAIK the 876 is also for ADSL (Annex B) and therefore a DSLAM is also necessary -> for a Back-2-Back Connection you have to use the 878 which is SHDSL, with that you can make this connections (i've used it so).

Indeed I meant to say 878, thanks for the correction!
