Hi,
I recently bought a Cisco 877 with Advanced Ip Services K9-M 12.4(6)T5 IOS (flash:c870-advipservicesk9-mz.124-6.T5.bin) and have run into a strange problem in as much as if I try and load yahoo or BBC news sites (and some others) I get a time out error in my browser sometimes after the page has got to 99% loaded.
I bought the 877 as an upgrade and to learn IOS after having had a Vigor 2600we and have been switching back to it for testing. The sites that don?t load with the 877 work fine with the Vigor on the same line etc.
I also get problems at times with small gifs not being shown on some pages that do load with the 877 and it all seems a bit slow compared with the Vigor.
I ran through the SDM setup for the config so haven?t tweaked any settings or done anything outside of the SDM process.
Basic routing and firewall access lists and rules were created by the SDM wizard and for the most part web access works fine if a little slower than with the Vigor.
I think I need to learn more about IOS and the functions of the router to get things working faster as I am used to semi pro plug and play domestic routers - so any tips, pointers or comments on the 877 would be good to hear?

MTU = 1500
ATM0 = DSL Interface
VLAN1 = Local LAN
SDM created firewall, IPS and routing rules as part of the setup process - all else default!
