Cisco 877W error messages

Hi

I've configured a Cisco 877W ADSL router working properly. Also I've configured a VPDN group for PPTP users .

All is working fine , but often in the log buffer there are these messages

Jan 11 17:27:14.726: esw_dtc_ltc4258_reg_write: no acknowlege from POE

Jan 11 17:27:14.726: esw_mrvl_pdc_hardware_config failed on slot 0/0

Jan 11 17:27:16.234: esw_dtc_ltc4258_reg_write: no acknowlege from POE

Jan 11 17:27:16.234: esw_mrvl_pdc_hardware_config failed on slot 0/0

I'm not sure about the meaning of these messages.

If the cables are loosely connected or if the 4 cables are not plugged in correctly, you will see these error messages. check out this and shutdown any ports that do not have anything connected to them.
