Cisco 920-24SZ-IM cannot boot up

Hello, I have a problem with Cisco ASR-920-24SZ-IM, when I plugged the power cord to the router, the console shows up in this mode, which has only a few commands.

I tried to boot the system, but the result is as in the following pictures

I have tried many ways from the internet, but the problem is not solved.

Can someone tell me the solution, please?

Thanks in advance

Hello,

the line:

cannot determine first file name on device "bootflash:/"

could mean that there is something wrong with whatever file is in bootflash. Can you break into ROMMON and do a 'dir:bootflash' ?

Hello, Georg Pauwen

I tried to break into ROMMON, but I can do 'dir bootflash:' and I saw the file list.

I followed the solution from Cisco Community, try to boot ASR-920 .bin file but the result I got the message 'SHA-1 hash doesn't match'.

I have searched for information and I think it's is the iOS, according to this link: https://community.cisco.com/t5/routing/upgrade-rommon-from-rommon/td-p/2576096 .

Now, the router has been moved to another room. It's not my work anymore.

Thank you for your reply.
