My asr 1004 have IPB license defatult.
other ,i buy L-SLASR1-IPB-AES (Cisco ASR 1000 IPB to AES Upgrade E-Delivery PAK)
and i have ask for lic on www.cisco.com/go/license,get a lice file.
i update this license file and the ios(asr1000rp1-adventerprisek9.03.08.00.S.153-1.S.bin)
ASR1004#license install file bootflash:FOX1519GXGR_20121203204546887.lic
% Error: Licensing not supported on this platform
but i do like this:
boot system flash bootflash:/asr1000rp1-adventerprisek9.03.08.00.S.153-1.S.bin
after relode
the version is ok.

question:
1.the asr 1004 IPB to AES Upgrade Don't need authorized?
2.How do I import license?
